We respond within the SLA time of your plan (4h to 24h). Critical bugs affecting production availability are treated as highest priority and resolved before any other task.

Can I change tiers?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days notice. The new rate applies from the next billing cycle.

Is this only for INYSTER-built projects?

Yes. Our support plans are exclusively for applications designed and developed by INYSTER. This ensures we have full knowledge of the codebase and architecture.

What counts as a 'minor evolution'?

Small adjustments that take less than 2 hours: UI tweaks, adding a field, adjusting a report format, or updating business rules. Anything larger is scoped as a separate project.
